With the MAXX NG active system, OMNITRONIC launches a powerful all-in-one solution available in two versions, specifically designed for applications with high demands on sound pressure and mobility. As a classic 2.1 system consisting of an active subwoofer and two passive top speakers, MAXX NG delivers a punchy, clear sound and impresses with powerful bass you can both hear and feel. Users can choose between a 15-inch and an 18-inch version, each paired with matching top speakers.

Settings

At the heart of the system is the integrated amplifier module with digital signal processor. It features a factory-tuned multiband compressor, a multi-stage limiter, active phase correction, and delay compensation, ensuring an optimally balanced and safe system. For fine-tuning, users have access to five DSP presets (MUSIC, LIVE, SPEECH, 80 Hz Low Cut, and FLAT), as well as a 3-band equalizer and separate level controls for the subwoofer and top speakers. In addition, an integrated 4-channel digital mixer is available within the DSP menu, allowing multiple input channels to be mixed directly—ideal for small setups without an external mixer. Thanks to flexible 1.1 and 2.1 speaker configurations, the system can be perfectly adapted to a wide range of requirements.

Flexibility

The internal fan cooling system operates pleasantly quietly, as the fan is located inside the subwoofer and the control panel remains closed. This makes the system suitable for noise-sensitive environments as well. For added flexibility, Bluetooth audio with a range of up to ten meters indoors is integrated—perfect for wireless playback of music or speech.

Subwoofer

The MAXX-1508NG already provides a solid low-frequency foundation for small to medium-sized events with its 15-inch subwoofer. Those requiring more bass reserves can opt for the MAXX-1810 NG version with an 18-inch driver, which truly unfolds its full potential in bass-heavy applications or larger venues. Both subwoofers feature a black metal grille with acoustic foam backing, two side carrying handles, four rubber feet, and a mounting option for retrofitting castors.

Top Speakers

The matching top speakers are equally robust and deliver a clear, well-balanced sound in the mid and high frequency range. The 8-inch model of the MAXX-1508 NG is ideal for compact setups, while the 10-inch top speaker of the MAXX-1810 NG offers greater reach and dynamics for larger rooms. Stable carrying handles and rubber feet ensure secure positioning and easy transport. MAXX NG is an excellent choice for anyone who does not want to compromise on powerful sound at mobile events. The system is particularly well suited for mobile DJs, club nights, parties, live bands on smaller stages, as well as presentations with a strong musical or bass-focused component. At promotional events with audiovisual content, MAXX NG provides the necessary acoustic impact. The scope of delivery includes one active subwoofer with power cable and two matching top speakers with speaker cables. The combination of easy handling, robust construction, and impressive sound performance makes MAXX NG a versatile tool for professional sound reinforcement.
